SUPERVISION AND CENTRALIZATION SAFETY § SECURITY

Installing a hyper vision solution helps to enhance the safety and security of a site.
In terms of safety, our supervisor is able to cope with the technical and physical risks that can harm people and property in a building or on a site. All the site’s security systems are interfaced and centralized in order to be able to recover the totality of the alarms in real time, to process them, and then to launch the appropriate procedure. The supervisor is able to launch a scenario automatically or on request by remotely operating certain devices such as ventilation, fire doors, escape routes, etc.

Security is the prevention of any voluntary act intended to infringe the persons and property of a site, such as acts of incivility, acts of malice, robbery, assault, or terrorist acts. To this end, we manage all safety equipment such as video surveillance, access control or intrusion detection from the supervisor.

Home Solution

We have developed our own hardware and software solutions that allow us to meet the expectations and needs of our customers. The OSERIS-Sat is a PLC which, once installed on site, will communicate with the devices present either by contact or by protocol, and will allow to manage locally or remotely all the connected devices. Thanks to the OSERIS-Sat and the associated supervisor, you can centralize your information and manage your installations from a single post.

Multi-system management

The aim is to enable the manager to have an overall view of the operation and automation of a building or an industrial installation.
The data collected are of various types :

  • Alarms (failure, abnormal stop, measurement exceeding a threshold …
  • Of the states (operation of an equipment, position, return of command …

Supervised equipment may include :

  • Fire detection, extinction, compartmentalization, fire doors
  • Video surveillance
  • Access control
  • Perimeter intrusion detection

It is therefore by interfering with most of the devices on the market, that OSERIS Concept provides a solution enabling the operator to centralize all its equipment on a single, reliable, fast and intuitive interface.

Fire management

In the event of a major incident or event on the site, our monitoring tool is able to create different scenarios and guide the personnel in the application of the procedures to be applied.
For example, when a fire alarm is triggered, the supervisor will raise a fire alarm, locate the fire alarm in the building, activate the nearest video camera to clear the alarm, and display the procedure to be followed in case fire.

If the fire is proven, automatic actions can be activated through the procedure, such as closing fire doors, activating smoke extraction, controlling elevators or automatically opening the UGIS (management unit Emergency exits)

The automation of all actions and the computerization of procedures make it possible to accompany the people in charge in a more serene management of the events.

Video systems management

The supervisor retrieves all the videos of a building and offers the operator or the manager the possibility of performing a visual doubt lifting by associating with each alarm or command the nearest or most relevant video.

OSERIS Concept also integrates video analysis solutions capable of detecting, counting people and facial recognition.
Video management software and advanced image analysis applications are very important because they facilitate the day-to-day work of agents and make it possible to find images much more quickly.

Intrusion Management

Using the new intelligent video analysis technologies, OSERIS Concept monitoring can detect an intrusion on site. This function allows to delimit virtual zones in the video image.

This may concern areas within which only authorized persons are allowed to enter. As soon as a person crosses the virtual line that delimits the zone, an alarm is triggered and then sent directly to the supervisor, who will then activate the camera concerned and display on the screen the procedure to be followed in case of intrusion. We can also trigger alarms according to a time of presence on an area.

The software is also able to differentiate a single person, a group of individuals, a vehicle, or an abandoned or moving object.

A complete and customizable offer

In order to complement our offer, we have also developed customized and traceable traceability, analytics and statistics modules to allow us to fine-tune the analysis and optimize operations. ProceduresOSRISPMS® is a module for managing procedures and instructions . It makes it possible to manage a set of procedures uniformly from a model applicable to any type of situation, regardless of the number of sites to be managed. OSERIS -PMS® is based on the latest web technologies, it is an open and easy to deploy tool, with a multilingual interface. Your procedures are automated and can appear on the supervisor screen automatically when an alarm occurs or a trigger is triggered.

Mobile Applications

OSERIS -Mobile® is an adapted version of the OSERIS -View and OSRIS Orion supervisors available on Android phone. This application allows real-time visualization of the alarms of one or several sites, to control the equipment and to consult the cameras.
With OSERIS i-Mobile®, you can take control of a device such as a toll barrier, lighting, opening a door, etc. from a tablet or smartphone.
Thanks to our application and a simple connection to a mobile network, you remain permanently connected to your site, wherever you are.

AXI Watch

AXI -Watch® is a mobile application for the identification and geolocation of an event or incident on.site.
This application allows a person who performs, on-site, a monitoring round to report in real time an incident or other event using his Android Smartphone.
AXI-Watch® allows you to attach a photo, geotag it and enter a comment before sending it via a server.web.
This information is notified in real time to the supervisory PC which processes them and transmits them for action to the service concerned. If required, the event can be queued or archived.

Subscriber Management

OSERIS CONCEPT                    

Intelligent lighting management coupled with vehicle or person detection by sensor, or through a video analysis, we can intelligently control the lighting of a site from the supervisor OSERIS Concept. In addition to the usual lighting control, we can define a brightness threshold for certain zones depending on the presence or absence of users.

Chaque catégorie définit également le type de codage utilisé. Plusieurs types de badges et de codages sont supportés par le système :

  1.  Badge “main libre” : Liste de codes. Le code fait partie intégrante du badge.
  2. Badge “code à barre” : Les badges de type “code à barre” nécessite de choisir une formule de calcul parmi la liste des formules disponible. L’impression du code à barre utilise la fonte interne de l’imprimante (Privilège N&B) ou des fontes TrueType Windows. Différents formats sont supportés (alpha 39, codebar, 2paremi5, 3parmi9, etc…).
  3. Badge “code magnétique” : idem que le “code à barre”. L’encodage du code à lieu lors de l’impression (imprimante pourvue d’un encodeur magnétique).
  •  Choix possibles :
  1. MANUAL : Saisie manuelle du code.
  2. CALC_ACCES Type 1 : Piste magnétique ou code à barre pour contrôle d’accès et/ou gestion des visiteurs. “Code calculé avec Prefix + ID + Suffix”.
  3. CALC_ACCES Type 2 : Piste magnétique ou code à barre pour contrôle d’accès et/ou gestion des visiteurs. “Code calculé avec Prefix + ID(1…6) + NEdit + Suffix”.
  4. CALC_ACCES Type 3 : Piste magnétique ou code à barre pour contrôle d’accès et/ou gestion des visiteurs. “Code calculé avec Prefix + ID + NEdit + Suffix”.
